We want you to have the very best shopping experience possible at T&C. Here are some nitty gritty details to help you with your online order:

Shipping:
Thistle & Clover uses UPS exclusively for delivery. As soon as your credit card details are processed, Thistle & Clover will send you a confirmation email. You should expect to receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. Please note: We are a very small store–only 3 gals work here!–and we will do our very best to get your package out to you by the next business day, but sometimes it does take 48 hours to process.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Thistle & Clover is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Thistle & Clover online purchase you may exchange it or return it for a full refund.** Sale merchandise and custom jewelry (including resizes) is final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Rings that are able to be resized may incur a resizing fee. All T&C in-store purchases are exchange or store credit only.

Thistle & Clover will not accept returns/exchanges for any items without a tag or items that have been worn or washed. If a customer has received her order in which there were no tags attached to the merchandise, they should notify on the same day in order to return/exchange the item. In-store returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. Thistle & Clover is not responsible for purchased goods that become damaged. Mail returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid with a copy of your receipt. Thistle & Clover is not responsible for missing packages–though we will do everything in our power to help you find it!

Thistle & Clover will refund your shipped purchase in full minus the cost of shipping, even for “free ground shipping.”

**PLEASE NOTE: ANY ORDER THAT IS PICKED UP FROM OR RETURNED TO T&C IN PERSON WILL BE ELIGIBLE ONLY FOR IN-STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Thistle & Clover can deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements.

Inventory Availability
Thistle & Clover has a limited amount of inventory due to the size of our wee storefront. Items purchased through the website may from time to time be out of stock. If such a case arises, you will be contacted via email and you will be updated when your item becomes available again. We stock usually only 1 or 2 of each ring in a size 5 or 6. If you do order a ring online, please note that the ring will most likely be made to order for you (all the better!) and will take 2-4 weeks to be made unless a rush has been requested. If you do need a ring by a certain date please follow up your order with an email and we will do our very best to accommodate you. We work with local jewelry designers only so turnaround time can usually be sped up.

Thistle & Clover is mindful of your right to privacy. Our site uses a 128 bit encrypted SSL to increase the security of our customer’s information. None of the information given on this site will be sold to any party. Thistle & Clover will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company, or where otherwise required by law or by legal process. Thistle & Clover uses the personal information you provide to us for internal purposes, such as filling and tracking your order, analyzing trends and collecting statistics. Thistle & Clover does not store your credit card information unless otherwise directed.
